Happy 2013

A new year - and a great time to make those changes you've been thinking about ....it's not that hard to change a habit:
-no more than 2 things to change at any time. If there are too many things to focus on, it's easy to give up
-make a date when you'll make the change - and stick to it
-tell people what you're going to change. Most people will support you (and it's too shameful to go back on what you said you were going to do)
-really focus on what you want to acheive, not what you don't. Get that don't word out of your head - I'm going to ......., I'm changing..... - really positive statements that start to change your brain
-and if you do slip up.....get right back and give it another go.

Anyone changing things for 2013???
